I wasn’t blessed with Ina Garten’s cooking skills (or any for that matter). To date, my contributions in the kitchen include: chopping veggies and making pretty decent salad dressings. Thank God I married a cook. I came across “The best balsamic dressing you will ever have!!” on a friend’s blog and feel inclined to share it because it’s that good. In fact, it’s become a Sunday tradition in our household to make this dressing for the week. I put it on everything from salads to pita with hummus and roasted chicken– really the only way I can stomach chicken but that’s for another time:).
Thanks, Kerry!
Balsamic Dijon Vinaigrette
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp minced shallots
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp agave nectar
1/4 cup white grape juice
Awwww thanks Court for giving me a shout out! So glad you like the dressing, it’s so addicting! By the way I love your blog and check it weekly!! Xo
